Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AvenAI Android application and related services (the "Service") provided by Tusu Labs ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

AvenAI provides an AI assistant that can answer questions, search the web, reason through problems, generate and edit images, and work with files you attach. Features, models, and prices may change as we improve the Service.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone.

3. Virtual balance — not real money

• The App includes a virtual balance ("balance") used to pay for AI messages. Balance is a license to use features of the Service, has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for money or goods.
• Balance is earned by watching rewarded ads or redeemed from promo codes we issue.
• Daily earn limits apply and are enforced server-side. Attempting to manipulate balances (automation, exploiting bugs, forged ad verification, multiple accounts) is prohibited and may result in balance correction or account termination.
• We may adjust balances to reverse fraud, technical errors, or exploit abuse.

4. Advertising

The Service is ad-funded. Rewarded ads are always optional: you choose to watch them to earn balance. Interstitial ads, where shown, appear at natural break points and are frequency-capped. By using the App you acknowledge ads are served by Google AdMob under Google's advertising policies.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to create unlawful, harmful, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or deceptive content, including content harmful to minors.
• Do not attempt to identify, track, or harass real people through the Service.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or circumvent rate limits, caps, or security controls.
• Do not misrepresent AI-generated content as human authorship where that matters (e.g. academic work, journalism).

6. AI content disclaimer

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Output is not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for how you use outputs and for verifying anything important before relying on it.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you write and upload. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the Service (e.g. sending a prompt to a model provider, storing an attachment temporarily). We do not use your content to advertise to others.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the economy, or create risk for other users or our providers. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 10.

10. Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
